Things to notice:
- perrito|perro and besitos|beso/s are examples of diminutives. Diminutives are not counted as bound morphemes because they may over inflate MLU, especially for speakers who use them frequently. The root word, however, is identified with a vertical bar to avoid over-inflation of number of different words. Note that the plural /s in besitos is marked in the word root form beso/s.
- dio|dar is an example of a conjugated verb. The verb form is identified as the word root after the vertical bar.
