Karen Andriacchi, MS, CCC-SLP

Owner/Chief Executive Officer

Karen graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She worked for many years as a clinician in the public schools. She has also managed multiple child-language research projects at UW-Madison. Her expertise is in the many aspects of language sampling to assess spoken language. Karen has held many positions with SALT, culminating in her role as CEO.

Heidi Ritzenthaler

Owner/Chief Operating Officer

Heidi graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Business Administration. She has worked in finance and human resources for various companies throughout her career. Heidi joined SALT in 2010 and oversees operations.
