SALT for Windows is able to handle the Greek character set. SALT for Mac may be able to also. The issue is how to represent the Greek language so that you get the analyses that are needed. For example, in English we slash the bound morphemes, e.g., work, work/ed, work/ing, work/3s, so that SALT recognizes that they are all the same word root. That way calculations of number of different words is accurate. In Spanish, we use the vertical bar for the same purpose, e.g., pudo|poder. I suggest you download the trial version of SALT from our website, enter a few utterances, and see how well SALT analyses them.
